I JUST got a buck and he has "lips" or extra skin on the sides by his tail. Haven't bothered the other part. Still pretty nervous.

The sacks is what I was wondering what they were. There is NO hair on them.

If they look like sacs then you're probably describing his scrotum. He should also have scent glands on either side of his genitals which could also be what you're seeing.

I haven't looked at his thinger or anything.
Right know I'm trying to get him used to me.
