What am I doing wrong feedwise??

My bucks have pooch bellies...not pot bellies...not bloated, but a semisaggy pooch belly? Im trying to get them in better condition (they are healthy, shiny, and active...) Any thoughts? Right now Im feeding Purina show with suplements of black oil sunflower seeds and oats. Worm them? Would that have anything to do with it? Is it normal for their bellies to be like that?

Hhhhmmm... you might want to worm them. I don't really know why there bellies would be like that. o_0

Drives me nuts that I cant get rid of the flab. Theyre not fat anywhere else....maybe they are just supposed to be that way..not all my bucks are like that but a few are and they are young ones...both about 1 yr old.

Could you possibly post pictures of your bucks? Are they getting plenty of exercise?

I've seen some rabbits with excess skin between their hind legs and belly, much like what you'd see with cats. If this is the case, it may have been caused from an earlier build up of fat that was recently lost-imagine it being similar to the extra skin on a woman's belly just after she gave birth. Plenty of exercise could help trim this up after some time.
