Well I'm not sure where to put this so i'll put it here and if it needs to be moves so be it...
I had one of the worst days at work i've ever had. They breed siamesekittens at work, and one of out kittens Cadbury died today, he was 51/2 months old.
We fell in love with him from day one, a sweet, gentle little chocolatepoint, he went to live with someone and was brought back due tosneezing, we checked him out and the vets though he must be asmatic, they didnt want a cat with allergies so instead he went to live withone of the nurses.
We watched him grow, but he never grew as big as his brother, then hestarted to not respond so much, and he bumped into things, we wereworried.
Today he went under general anesthetic to be castrated and the vetdecided to check him out and see what was going on... what he foundnone of us can believe...
At 5 1/2 months of age he had an aggressive cancer it had spread to hisbrain... that's why he sneezed, thats why the medication wasntworking... our poor baby was dying...
The thing thats unbelievable is that the form of cancer is so rare inadult cats its TOTALLY unheard of in kittens!!!!! How the hell did heget it!?
The hardest part is the nurse who adopted him lost her 15 year old cat last week and now this....
He was put to sleep this morning, its been such a sad day, the nurses, receptionist, vets, all cried, he madea spot for himself ineveryones heart, and now he's gone there's a gap...
Rest in Peace Cadbury we all loved you and can't believe your gone :(

Thanks for listening, I need to get it off my chest, I cant help butkeep crying, you watch these little guys get born and watch them grow, get excited about them growing up... with him it was different becausewe've seen him from birth up till now, seen him finally settle intohome life, and would see him when he came to visit us whenever sheworked, and to grasp that in one horrible moment his fate wasdetermined ARUGH *a whole pile of words i wont say* it just totallysucks, thats all i shall say getting upset again

:( I'm sorry about Cadbury. You're in my thoughts today.
