I was lying on my stomach in the tent (having some "tent time" with my sugar gliders) when Hurricane suddenly plopped down onto me. I thought it was weird, since I've never seen her fall off the ceiling before and she always seems very sure-footed, but didn't think too much of it. same thing happened a little while later... then happened again... getting closer together.
at some point, I realized that she was climbing the side of the tent, getting on the underside of the square of plastic hardware cloth I hang in there to make a mesh ceiling to hang toys from, strafing around a little to aim herself, and then letting go and deliberately free-falling onto me! she favors my butt, but would occasionally land on my hand, head, leg or foot. then she started falling onto the squishy tent floor sometimes, too (it's squishy because the tent was sitting on top of an air mattress). again, and again, and again. from time to time, I'd stop to contemplate what she was doing and laugh my butt off.
this went on for like an hour and a half - climb up the wall, hang from the ceiling, aim, *plop*, climb up the wall... then I dozed off. when I woke up about an hour later, Trouble had crawled under my fleece blanket and was curled up against my shin, sleeping... and Hurricane was STILL climbing up the tent and then free-falling down! I'm guessing she was at it the whole time I was napping, lol. crazy glider.
