First off I'd like to say hi and pleaseeee help me! So i have a 7 month male rex rabbit. Awhile ago he started breathing really really fast. At first when it started i thought he was scared but no i'm not sure. I don't think he's scared or anything in fact he lays down and does little binkies in the air. Should i be worried or is this normal? Any advice will help!!! Thank You!!

thanks,
Ashley

Our bunny breathes really fast after he's been running and playing. If it was a person breathing that fast, I would be worried, but I read (somewhere) that rabbits' hearts beat at a faster rate than humans and they breath faster than us, too. When our bunny is scared of something, he often will crouch in his cage in the corner and his eyes are so wide you can see the whites. Unless he's also acting scared I would think everything was a-okay.
