I'm so excited. USBuildingsDirect.com has been having a CLEARANCE sale going on all month. They started out with over 1,000 buildings on clearance - when I talked to them tonight - they had 12 left. (I was literally their last customer on this sale because the buildings go to auction tomorrow).
So...we put down our deposit on the building tonight - and we will pay the difference with a cashier's check when the building is delivered in Aug/Sep time frame.
Here are some sample pictures of the type of building it is (it isn't the pretty barn style - but hey - we got it at a great discount). Art is familiar with the buildings from when he was in Afghanistan (in fact - they make building for the military) and he says they are STRONG.
The only bad side of this is we get a framing kit for the front/back walls and we buy our own doors/windows to put - the upside is - we can put them in where we want.
Oh - we're getting a 16' X 24' building.
This last one actually survived Hurricane Katrina.
