We have started building Olivia's hutch!

We have started building Olivia's indoor hutch and it has definitely been a task. I didn't realize it was gonna be so much work...but I'll od anything for my bun :biggrin2: Anyways, we are hoping to have it done by the end of the month. Its tough with my husbands work schedule to get it done quickly. So we are having to spend our weekends working on it. Here are some pics of what we have done so far.

She was dying to help. So we gave her a tape measure and she had a blast!

Aww thank you. She's a mess hahaha. I cant wait to get it all finished. I cant wait to see Olivia's reaction to all the room she will have!

hahaha well hopefully we dont do that lol. I think we are gonna slope the roof. and have a chimney looking attachment off the top where she can sleep if she wants. I have so many ideas and I just dont know how Im gonna fit them all in hahah...this thing is turning out to be HUGE! I think this weekend we are gonna work on the floors and sides

I will definitely keep you all posted. and as far as my little helper, she loves to help. She will help me clean, she helps feed all the animals, she cleans her room by herself. I think shes doing pretty good to only be 2. She is so smart Now, if she can just keep it up once she becomes a teenager...but im not gonna hold my breath for that hahah

Yes that's a bird cage. We have a Red Throat Conure. His name is Zazu. He's my husbands.
