watery eyes

Hi, I am new to the forum, and before taking ourrabbit to the vet I thought someone might have an idea or two to shareregarding watery eyes. Both eyes on our rabbit look as if hewas "crying". The hair is matted but dryunderneaththe eye,and I do not see anything coming out of theeyes. Does anyone have a "home" remedy I might try beforetaking him to the vet? Thanks, Carol P.

 

Not knowing whatscausing the eyes to be weepy likethat , i wouldntsuggest a home remedy . Itwould be better to havehim vetted and make sureit isnt something serious .

Is it normal for buns to have occasional 'crust' (or 'sleep') in the corner of their eyes?
