Want to share what I made for my boyfriends birthday

I started my quilt back in April? while I was working out west. A rainy day ment 3 days off.... sooo lots of free time. And I had decided to make a full bedroom suit for our house. He's totally obsessed with white tail deer and so I made stuff to match the rest of the house.

around the bottom... I was a bit off with my squares but oh well!

His birthday was on the first, I still have a few touchups to do, and it just took me forever! But well worth it =)

Very nice! I can never match up corners on patchwork squares, which is why I strictly stick to applique now. That room makes you feel like you're in the middle of the woods!! You need to play a disc of a babbling brook to make it complete.

The boarder was a last minute thing. I slapped the black and tan squares together one night just to get it finished. I really like the way it turned out though.

He wants one for the back of the couch so I'm going to take a little more time where it will be LOTS smaller and make it more neat.
