Vitamins

Right before I got Cocoa, my friend bought me abunch of bunny supplies for my birthday. One thing she gotwas small animal vitamin drops. The package calls them "highpotency multivitamins" which "provide vitamins essential tothe health of all small animals."

I have been putting a few of these drops on Cocoa's pelletseveryday. I just ran out of them today though, so I waswondering if I should go buy more. Are these vitaminsimportant?

No, not really. Usuallyrabbits getenough of their vitamins from pellets, a variety of fruits andvegetables and hay. There is no need for extra vitamins. They areusually just a money grab and not needed .

I agree with Spring. Many times those types of vitamins are added to water and the taste makes the pet drink less.

As long as your rabbit is receiving a balanced diet, there is no need.
