Vino is a 7 month old rabbit. I'm not completely sure what breed that he is, I'm guessing that he is a dwarf mix. He is my first and only rabbit, and I have made a ton of newbie mistakes so far.. When I first got Vino, I expected that taking care of him would be easy and that he would automatically love being cuddled and held. Boy was I wrong... He does not like to be held or cuddled. Which is strange because I got him when he was about 7 weeks old and he had been handled a lot before I got him so he was used to it. So unfortunately because I was expecting him to be cuddly and want to be held, I gave up and I wanted to give him up because I couldn't bond with him.... (I know I'm awful..) But I could not find anyone to take him, partly because I was super picky about who I wanted to give him to. So I decided I would just have to keep him and try to work with him. So I bunny proofed half of my room and let him have free range of that side of the room and I worked with him and gave him treats, and he has improved so much! I am so proud and surprised how sweet he actually is! I am becoming a rabbit lover and can not believe that I considered giving him away! He is a happy bunny now and I can't wait to spoil him even more! He also loves my guinea pig Weasley!
