I need you guys! Im afraid of feeding too much or too little or not the right stuff.

Smudge gets mostly parsley, celery, and some other greens and he loves it. (Of course he gets his pellets and hay).

What do you find your rabbits like? I want to give more of a variety. How much do you feed them of it?

Well, I feed different quantities to my bunnies because they are different sizes and have different preferences.

Tio & Kyo are Netherland Dwarfs. They get about a cupof greens I think...I am not sure right off and I need to look at mymeasuring thing I use.

Tiny is a Flemish Giant....currently around 8 or 9 pounds. Hegets a LOT more greens than the little ones do and when I sit on thefloor cutting up the vegies - he pretty much eats whatever he wants...

I have been feeding them: celery leaves (not often), kale,Italian parsley, regular parsley, cilantro, romaine lettuce, green-leaflettuce (very dark green), red-leaf lettuce and sometimes a bit ofspinach. I have also given them mint leaves which they loved.

They also get a treat at both meals....usually a tiny slice of bananafor the NDs and a bigger portion for Tiny. Sometimes they'llget a slice of apple. They almost always get 1 or 2raisins and a craisin or two also.

Oh yes, and a couple of my guys like the teeny tiny babycarrots...those are a big hit with Tiny and Kyo but not with Tio.

I hope this helps. Somewhere I have a guide that tells how much to feed per two pounds of bunny....

How big is your rabbit?

I forgot to add that when I feed them - I givethem a mixture of at least three different greens - sometimes fourgreens....and usually the same amount of each green - unless I need toget rid of one of them - and they'll get a bigger portion ofthat one.

Even though Bindy is nearly 6mths I haven't given her greens yet butwhen I do I will add them slowly bit by bit introducing a new veg eachweek, try small pieces first and build up , there is a good helpfullist on the link below, slowly slowly with greens is my advice and Ithink you'll be fine, keep an eye on the poopie situation as you goalong and you'll be fine.
