I know I have read this before but now I am notsure. At what age should I start feeding veggies? Little Whisper is 10weeks old, and I gave her a small piece of lettuce a few days ago.

Apollo's breeder told me to wait untilhe was 4 months old before introducing veggies. I've heard othes saynot until 6 months. Some start little ones on veggies while they arestill with mom.

I think the most important thing about introducing veggies ispick one. Only give a very small amout and give it for about a week. That way you can see if it's causing the little one any problems.

Dandelion leaves and romaine are good ones to start with.

Just remember small amounts and introduce them slowly. Good Luck.

Mocha and Spice we're both eating veggies from the day they started to eat solids and it was never an issue.

However, my vet has said that you can start at 3 months but in very limited amounts and not every day.
