Vacation time....

Well - even though I don't leave until early Monday am - I'm gonna be removing the forum from my home page so I won't be tempted to hang out here while I should be packing and getting things ready for my trip (and cleaning house before I leave even though Art & Robin will probably let it go by the wayside while I'm gone....

Have a great couple of weeks y'all.....I'm gonna miss you so much but if I don't start taking a break now - I'm going to be wanting to check on the forum every five minutes at my mom's place and driving her up the wall - and she doesn't have a computer....so it will drive me up the wall too...

I leave Monday morning, May 5th and return Tuesday night, May 13th (at almost midnight if I remember right).



Art & Robin will be here to feed the buns and stuff.

I'm a nervous wreck about this vacation. Nothing I ever take to wear pleases my mom - I can't get to sleep tonight cause my mind keeps going over the new clothes I have and what to take and wear....

I leave in 2 1/2 hours.....and I'm a nervous wreck. My last load of laundry is about to go in the dryer - I think I put together like 19 outfits (for 8 days) and then had to cut down from there (I'm only taking one bag).

Robin and I spent time today making me some necklaces with beads we got from Walmart...I really like them. I also have my really nice necklace I bought (I really need to take a picture of myself wearing it).

I hate traveling - and I really don't want to go right now. In fact, I came in here to grab my Bible to pack and then go take a shower...but I'm trying to tell myself, "You still have 2 1/2 hours....you can read the forum a few more minutes..".

Right...

I updated my facebook page with my current mood - HYSTERICAL. Right now I'm hysterically happy because Eric got a scholarship that will pay for summer semester...and I'm hysterical cause I am not packed yet.

Oh well...guess I'd be less hysterical if I got off here...

.....but don't be surprised to see one or two last minute posts before I leave...!

Boy howdy is that true.....I'm trying to figure out if I have to pack my makeup in my luggage because if I understand everything correctly I can only use a quart size bag to hold toiletries....

YIKES!

I'm not a happy camper right now......but almost everything is packed....almost.....will be soon.

Still must find a notebook and book to read and pens and stuff...

Make sure liquids are wrapped up good:shock:. I just asked hubby about toiletries and he said Yes, so you are correct (quart size bag:grumpy!
