Urgent help please, baby bunny seems weak

Hi,

Please help vets are closed here. But my baby bunny, 3 weeks old has got junk in his eyes that I have to keep cleaning. He is a lot smaller than the other rabbits. He seems very weak. What can I do to help?

Is he eating or has he for sure been nursing from mom recently?

If you can get some terramycin ointment to put around the eye that should help. Can you get mom to feed just him? If not, try using a dropper to give him some KMR (kitten milk replacer) or goats milk. Some unflavored Pedialyte would be good for re-hydrating. Hopefully, this will help.
