I just got a phone call from a friend whoseneighbor's cat brought home a wild baby bunny. The bunny hasit's eyes open and ears up and lots of fur, but is still apparentlyquite tiny. He has a patch of fur missing where the cat gothim and he is bleeding.
They called a vet who told them to mix Kayro syrup, milk and egg yokeand try to feed it that. I have no idea if that is right ornot. She doesn't have any Nutri-Cal, but does have HerbivoreCritical Care and Pedialyte.
I told her to wash the wound and use a little Neosporin and give him a belly bandage.
I'm not sure what else to tell her to do or if he will make it, but anyhelp would be appreciated. Is there anything she can do forhim if he seems in pain? She's going to take a picture ande-mail it to me and I will post as soon as I can, but she has to takecare of him first. I told her I can come get him tomorrow ifhe is still surviving.
