Two little reasons to celebrate

My kittens, Miko and Steph, turned four monthsold For those of you who don't know, four months and oneweek ago I found a stray, starving, flea-infested, pregnant catin a parking lot. Brought her home, and one week later she had fourbeautiful babies. The boys got adopted, but Steph and Miko (along withtheir mom, Scully) stayed with us.

I can only imagine the fate that would have befallen these beautifulbabies had I not been in the right place at the right time. Every day,I am grateful that I found Scully (or, rather, she found me) and thankGod for my little fuzzy bundles of joy.

Oh how beautiful! They are just precious!

I used to have a cat named Miko. She showed up at ourdoorstep when I was 13. We fed her, loved her, and the nextday she showed up with 2 beautiful young boys (about 2 mos old) ......

She checked us out and decided we were ok for her family. Wehad Miko, Petey and Mickey for a long, long time.

It's nice when they choose you!

Sometimes strays make the best pets. When I wasin my very early 20's, a black stray tom cat came to me. His name wasNick and he was sooooo awesome.

I miss him sometimes still, but have very fond memories of him. Due tounfortunate circumstances, I was unable to keep him, but did find aVERY good home for him.

Awwwww ...more good news!!

I got pictures of one of the boys in his new home today (he's so big :shock, and I get to visit the other lil' boy on Sunday.
