Tunnel Proof outdoor enclosure

We are going to make a new outdoor enclosure for our bunnies. How deep do they dig from under the fence?
Do we need to pour concrete under the fence line and if so, how deep? Their indoor area will be completely enclosed, no digging possible.
Any other ideas are welcome.

You could bury mesh wire around the outside of the area, down a couple feet in case they do want to dig a little.

I think it will have to be concrete as wire rusts here in the NW. But two feet seems the depth to go by. Thank you. Off to another project to outsmart the critters
