My rabbit has a large tumor inside of his ear (In the picture), and I don't know what is it or what to do; Should I take him to the vet or is it a normal thing that will cure by itself ? Is it infectious and I should isolate him from the rest of my rabbits until it is cured ?

Yes, I would get your rabbit seen by an experienced rabbit vet right away. That could be a tumor, maybe an abscess, but whichever it is needs to be treated. It's not likely to be infections, but definitely don't put off getting it seen to by the vet.
