Dear Sebastian's Mom,

I received your Christmas card yesterday and I have to tell you thatitis by far, My Favorite Card. I shall treasure itforever.

I won't put it away after Christmas because it's so special to me. Yourartwork is so pretty - and it really looks like your picture is in aframe. Your handwritting is beautiful. Of coursethe pictures of you and Sebastian melt my heart as they always do.I'm so lucky to have a friend like you. You are oneof the most beautiful little girls I've ever seen or had the pleasureknowing. It's so easy to love you; no wonder why Sebastian isso crazy for you.

I do hope you have fun preparing for Santa's big night. I haven'tdecided whether to make him butter cookies or sugar cookies. What kind of cookies do you leave out for him I always leavesome hay out for the reindeer as well. Since they usually eatlichen and mosses, they seem to really enjoy the hay as a specialtreat. I'll leave some carrots out for them as well.

Just wanted to send you a very special Thank You for thinking ofme. I'll always cherish your card and your friendship.

Love,

Carolyn

P.S. Sending you this picture because I thought you'd get a kick out of it. Silly Penguin! What's he thinking????

Here is another treat for the reindeer....

1/2 cup dry oats
1/4 cup dry (sugar free) cereal
1 Tbs. brown sugar
1 Tbs. nuts or candy sprikles

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl or bag. Sprinkle Magic Reindeer Food around outside on Christmas Eve.

Reindeer Food is magic so the reindeer will only eat a little bit and leave the rest for thier other animal friends.

What a great idea, Jems!? I'll have to try that. :dude:

Thought you'd enjoy this story as well.

A family in Oregon found this fawn on their front steps andtook this photo. The white spots on thesteps are apple blossom petals.

As you know, deer hide their fawns and go away for awhile. The fawns have no odor yet, andnaturally stay absolutely still. Isn'tthis an amazing photograph! A great job ofcamouflage!

The fawn stayed there all morning, (they live in Bend, OR),and the mama came to getit after 4-5 hours. Kudos to the people to leavethe fawn alone, knowing mom would be back.

dereCarolnthhank you for the note. I likedit. I like getting notes on the forum . i amgiveng Santabrownies.and i am giveing theRaindeers hay and Rudolph craisins.

Please give Tucker. Cali and Fauna a kiss for me.

Love, Sebastian's LittleGirl

Dear Sebastian's Little Girl,

I also love getting notes on the forum from you.

I finally put Tucker and Fauna?in the same cage. Fauna's always goingup to Tucker to cuddle. Sometimes he runs away from her because hedoesn't want to cuddle, but she always wins out and he lets her.

I put bells on their cages and Cali loves to go up toTucker and Fauna's cage and ring their bell. I'm sure shewishes Fauna could come out and play. Tucker still hasn'tgotten used to having a little sister, so I have to watch him verycarefully because he'll bully Cali if given the chance.Tucker better start behaving because I'm sure Santa will haveto have a chat with him if he doesn't stop thinking he's The Boss.

Cali has a bell wreath on her cage and the other day,she wanted out so badly that she grabbed ahold of the ribbon on thebell wreath and shook those bells so hard and wouldn't stop. They sure know how to let us know what they want!

Brownies for Santa and hay and craisins for the reindeer areexcellent ideas!! I know they'll all love that. Ten daysleft!!! It feels like it's going to take forever toget here, doesn't it!

Do you have your tree up yet?

-Carolyn

Oh you're right Sebastian's Mom! I do love that picture of Sebastian!!

Thank you! You made my day!

Although rabbits don't pullSanta's sleigh, I'm sure they eachhelp Santa a great deal on his busiest day of the year.

I know that Tucker and Fauna had a ball with him last year because Iheard Santa open their cages when he came into my house. Theywere running around like crazy! I didn't get upbecause I didn't want Santa tocatch meawake, so Iwent right back to sleep.

I heard that you're sick. I'm so sorry, honey. Ihope you're feeling better today. Sending you this cutepicture so that you'll remember to stay warm and cozy. I'llsay a prayer that you Get Well Soon.

This is the most adorable thing I have ever seen! and yes, WONDERFUL the people left the baby alone!

It is amazing, isn't it, Bo?

Your tendency is to want to help the little one, but it was best to leave well enough alone.

Yes, I would be so tempted to just go and pet herlittle face and try to kiss her little nose........ I'd probably getkicked..... LOL!

But I wouldn't..... it's so amazing that the momma left her there andthose apple blossoms look like her spots..... I just..... can't believehow intelligent animals are sometimes! :)

Hi Sebastian's Little Girl,

The first thing I see is a bunny. I agree with you. I can see the duck too, though, can you? :)

Tucker, Fauna, and Cali really wish they had a Little Girl like Sebastian does. They're kind of jealous of him.

Love,
Carolyn
