My rabbit was on this mix when I got her and I was advised not to change her diet, so I have been feeding this to her and she absolutely adores it. I recently read that mixes like these are not great for rabbits because they can pick out certain bits and leave others behind which can lead to an unbalanced diet. Does this still apply if she eats all parts of the mix or is it still unhealthy. I have tried introducing her to plain nuggets but she won't even look at them, she goes crazy for the tasty mix though
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Mixes are bunny junk food. It is not just that they may pick out the "tasty" bits (which can happen), but any amount of those bits is just useless junk food.

As you have found out, suddenly switching seldom works either. This is why it is advised to transition them slowly by mixing the old with the new (healthier) pellets. For several days have 3 parts old to 1 part new. Then have equal parts of each for several days. Then have 3 parts new to 1 part old. By then, hopefully, bunny will have adjusted to the new food.

Here is a chart that compares different brands:

There are two charts there -- one for juvenile rabbits and one for adults. If your rabbit is over 5 months, check the adult pellets. Remember that adult rabbits should have limited pellets (not free-fed).

Do you also feed unlimited hay?

I do feed unlimited hay and I did try the transitioning but all that happened was once the food was mixed parts she only ate the tasty mix, I still continued with the transition to see if she would change her mind but when the mix was 3 to 1 , new to old, she just started knocking over her bowl. I thought she done it accidentally at first but I soon noticed that it happened continuously. She's a bit of a picky eater but I want to provide her with the best I can.
Thank you very much for your advice, I will try to see what foods are available in the area that are good on the list
