As far as a timeline, nothing is a hard and fast rule. Eyes open at 10-12 days, but can go as late as 14 days. (If not open by 14 days, they get a little help.) I'm not 100% sure how early they can hear, but by the third day, I know they recognized my voice and respond to me.
A lot of the developmental "milestones" will vary by breed and size. Switching to a solid diet can vary by the size and development of the individual baby. When are theydevelopedenough to leave the nest and search for more food... I've seen some out at 2 weeks and smaller siblings takedays more.
Weaning age can vary according to individual rabbits and breed. I'll wean Mini Rex between 6-7 weeks of age, but I leave my Flemish with mom 8-10 weeks. Some mothers milk dries up faster than others.
Babies weight gain can vary dramatically from baby to baby and certainly from breed to breed. It would be difficult to sum it up on one timeline for all rabbits, but we can give you general guidelines.
Edited to add: Gestation SHOULD be 31 days in the domestic rabbit, but I've had Mini Rex deliver at 28 and 29 days and Flemish go as long as 34 days. (And no, I didn't count wrong.)
