Third eye swollen

Hello, yesterday I noticed my bunnies third eye was red and inflamed. When I look at her eye it seems like there’s a tiny white bump on it. Could this be due to her poking her eye or a possible infection? She’s acting like her normal self and eating but i’ve never see her eye do this so im concerned. It’s only the right eye the other is fine. I’ll be taking her to the vet but they can’t get her in until Monday so just wanted to see if anyone had an idea about what it could be.

If the pustule is on the eyelid, it's probably this:

Medirabbit: meibomian cyst

Though I can't say if the protruding third eyelid is related to it. It is possible there's an abscess connected to the cyst, that is causing the thrid eyelid protrusion. Or the protruding third eyelid could be from something else.
