Has this ever happened to anyone? I picked up one of 4 bunnies (Ginger) and put him in his cage. I then picked up Gina (Ginger's mate) and put her in the same cage. I turned around and started to walk away. I got a couple feet away heard a noise in their cage so I turned around and saw Ginger laying straight out kind of floundering on the floor in his cage. I picked him up and saw he was limp and had no control of his body. I knew right then and there he was going to die. I’m not sure but he may have had a hard time breathing. Within 30 seconds he was gone. I stood there in horror and watched my precious Ginger die right there in my arms. It was horrible watching him die that way. I felt helpless, there was nothing I could do. Mind you he was in perfect health. He would have been 4 years old in December. I just don't get it. Here you have a bunny with no signs of anything wrong and in one minute he is gone. This happened on a few days ago on May 4th and I still
have moments where I break down crying. I miss him so much.

If a Vet reads this post can you provide any reasons on how this can happen. The hardest part is not knowing
what happened to him
.
Thanks to all who reads this

So sorry to read this.
We jus lost our rabbit recently. Found him in his hutch, he seemed fine the night before.
Is the sudden loss that gets you, no sign, no warning & worst of all no answers.
