Hello all!
I finally got my computer up and running, so I figured it was time to join the fray and start up a Bunny Blog.
Let's get right to our cast of characters
This is Pepper, who prefers to be known as Empress Pepper, ruler of all. She is more than content to keep both human and bunny slaves, and she enjoys getting snuggles, face smooshes (more on those later), sleeping, and treats. She is a Flemish Giant, born of a huuuuuuuuuge white mommy and a grey daddy on a farm in Upstate NY. How she ended up being black with white spots is beyond me...
Her turn-offs include getting picked up, getting her bum cleaned (also more on that later), getting "improper" pets, having her food sniffed by other bunnies, and being away from her main bunny slave. At about 2.5 years old, she is our "baby" bunny.
Pepper - excuse me, Empress Pepper - has a favorite bunny slave, and his name is Sassafras. Sass came to us from an HRS foster home in Syracuse, and he is about four years old. He considers himself to be the old man of the house, and Pepper sometimes allows him to think he's in charge
Sass's main interests include hiding, digging, eating parts of an old chair in our living room, begging for treats, grooming Pepper, flopping, and climbing stairs.
Yep, he goes up and down stairs, and I have video evidence! (taken while my back was thrown out, no less!)

Since Sass is a bit older than Pepper, we decided to adopt Bo earlier this year. Bo is about Pepper's age, and is nearly as adventurous as Sass!
However, since Pepper and Sass are bonded, and Bo is so bold, they've been in the process of bonding since February. This has led to many pee fights and biting incidents over the past few months. They're always supervised with the bunny gates aren't separating them, but sometimes the slow human slaves can't keep up with the fighting bunnies.
Thankfully, Bo is an absolute joy when he's not trying to flood the living room with pee. He is one of the most affectionate buns I've had the pleasure of knowing, and his zest for life knows no bounds.
As for me, my name is Sarah and I'm the main human slave to these three goober butts (said in the most loving way possible, I assure you!). I'm a recent engineering graduate, still trying to find a job, so I'm home all the time. Pepper says this is so she can get face smooshes on command. My partner, Chris, is a working engineer - thank goodness! - and he thinks that he is the "Alpha Bunny". Pepper says that he's really the Beta Bunny, since she commands Chris to skritch her ears on a daily basis.
This is me:
And this is Chris:
Our buns do not have cages, and are (somewhat) litterbox trained... when they're not trying to establish who's the boss of the house. Pepper and Bo run around the first floor of the house, while Sass splits his days between his "Man Cave" upstairs and the downstairs. This, of course, means our house is generally in a state of "AHH BUNNY POOP EVERYWHERE". I'm sure most of you are aware of this issue I often don't share too many bunny pictures with my family and friends, simply because I don't want them to think we enjoy having poop everywhere... it just sort of happens! I can only vacuum so many times a day, dangit! Hehe.
Alrighty, that seems to be a good enough introduction to the chaos I'm looking forward to chatting with everyone!
