What are you guys eating for easter?
Also, since a lot of people work Tuesday, what day are you guys doing/having the dinner.

We're having it tonight, and we're receiving my brothers, their girlfriends and my nephew.

Turkey, Ham, Stuffing, Corn, Gravy.. (theres more, just cant remember :?)

We are having it today. We got to my grandpa's house for lunch and then we are having a bunch of people over to my house(my brother, sister, her husband and his parents, my nephew, my grandpa, my cousin).

We are having ham, pork roast(no idea why we need 2 pork things), cabbage rolls, beet leaf cabbage rolls(my fav!), potato casserole, asparagus, marinated veggie salad,Spinach salad with strawberries, kobasa(aka, garlic sausage), paska(Ukrainian easter bread) and eggs for our egg fights.

Should be fun and LOTS of food as always. my family doesn't know how to do holiday food in moderation, lol. There is always enough to feed 3x the people.
