I've got a business trip coming up and I need to buy some new clothes...shirts, slacks, shoes, lionhead, belt, etc.
LOL...what does one accessorize with a lionhead? (I'm thinkin', purple suspendies and a matching bowtie
)
Today was a rather uneventful (but beautiful) day. Well, the morning started out rather grossly...after a 10-minute bonding session with Yofi and Anna - which was more a game of *Anna chases Yofi, nips him in the butt and runs away* - I decided that was enough and Anna went back to her corner to think about her naughty behavior. (Have to give her credit, she isn't overly aggressive with him...she seems to just be exerting her dominance; though given the chance, I'm sure the nips would become a full-fledged bunny brawl. And since I don't want her pulling a Mike Tyson on Yofi's trademark ears, I do have to be careful with her.) So Yofi wound up following me around for a while, until HE pulled a dirty rotten bunny maneuver and sprayed me. :grumpy: Yep, my little boy's growing up...
Took the dog for a couple of long walks today, bought her some stinky dog stick treat that smelled of rotten fish (grosss), then came home and looked around at how messy my house still is (save for the dishes, which I actually did). Since it's supposed to rain for the next few days, cleaning is top of the list tomorrow...and the day after...and the day after...depending upon how I'm feeling.
Oh, and this evening a cute little girl came to the door selling chocolates for some organization. I didn't buy any since I'm not allowed to eat anything with either chocolate or sugar in it, but when Yofi came running up to the door to see who was there, the girl let out a huge squeal and said, "OH!!!! A BUNNY!!! Mom...Mom...come seee!!!!" So her mother came to the door and I put Yofi down on the porch stoop for them. The mom was patting the top of his head and the little girl was stroking his cheek and ears, when suddenly...*chomp*....yep, he bit the little girl! BAD YOFI!!! :nonono:Thankfully though, the bite was nothing more than a tiny Yofi-nip, and she didn't get hurt.
So that was the excitement for the day. Now I have to go and clean something so I can feel better about the guilt I'm carrying for breaking down and having a cup of coffee (also a no-no for me). Dang it, they just don't make any good coffee substitutes!
Oh, and Happy (early) Thanksgiving to my fellow Canadians, and Happy Columbus Day to all my American friends!
