Well I think you all seen carolyn posts Iremember from last summer. I put a gallon of ice and all the emptybottles that i can find freeze them and them put it in my bunnies cageand they lay down next to them to cool them. I will take a Picturelater to show that it dose help them alot, So if you baby stays outside please do it is it more hot for them than it is for us.

That is a good idea. I think I will do that when the temperatures get high here.

Amy referenced that old post in another thread, and I brought it back.I'd like to keep it up there, I think. It's a brutally hot week.

All my rabbits arein side with 6 fans 2ceiling fans , no opened doors:X, 2 fand I bought cost$122.00 they are exhaust fanslike the fire dpt would use ,LOL i bought the house a $10.00 one lol , Even with allthe fans going they all stillget frozen bottles , They love them, well except a coupleof theboys , they didnt muchappreciate frozen nuggets lolsilly rabbits

I also take a spray bottle and fill it with nicecold water. I then spray my hand with the cold water and rub therabbits ears. They get up and are happy and cheerful righw aftergetting their spray. I've got some rabbits that know what the spraybottle is for when it comes out on a hot day. They are up at the frontof the cage waiting for 'their' turn.
