Suddenly Stopped Using Litter box

I've had a mini lop for nearly a year, and since I got him he's been almost perfectly litter box trained. But over the past week, he has stopped using his litter box for all of his deposits. He luckily still pees in the litter box, but half of all his crap is outside of it! He's neutered, and the only rabbit we have. Help???

Has anything changed, like the environment, bedding, litter, what you feed him? Try thoroughly cleaning the cage, using white vinegar in water to deodorize all surfaces, put everything fresh in it, then add a bit of his droppings into the clean litter box.
