I have 2 rabbits, who are both under 5, who have been really good breeders, who have suddenly stopped taking.

Two months ago I bred them, and nothing..Last month I bred them, one started showing signs of false pregnancy...and then Wednesday, they both started pulling hair and looking to nest.

All they do at this point is sit in their nests, almost like they are waiting...but nothing...The one is maybe 3 years old the other a year and a half...just all of a sudden...

Could this be like a uti or something that is interfering with getting pregnant?

Thanks in advance.

Christine

It could be the winter months(not enough sunlight), poor feed quality not providing the needed nutrients, rabbits syphilis, uterine cancer, sterile buck, etc. There can be a variety of reasons why a rabbit may not be conceiving.

Did you try to palpate? A lot of people seem to be having trouble getting litters lately, and not in just one area of the country. Neither of yours is old enough to be getting sterile. The best thing to do is breed, wait two weeks and palpate, if you feel nothing then breed again. Some people swear by ACV in the water, that it helps with breeding does, but I've never tried it. I assume your bucks are proven.
