Well my little baby will come up to me when I'm sitting on the floor with him and he sticks his nose in between my fingers and just keeps pushing my hands like that then he turns to my arm and starts scratching me like a mile a minute then starts all over again. Why!? Lol is he asking for something?

I think the bunny is demanding some petting from his slave! Either that, or telling you "get outta the way!" That's the only two reasons my bunnies would push me around with their noses.

I think he is telling you something like 'pay attention to me'. You can stroke after the nose rubs but I wouldn't suggest stroking after he scrabbles you because then you condition and promote what is probably undesirable behaviour.
