You're quite welcome.

I'm actually having a problem locating bags of the Purina that are smaller. The PetGoods by me is the only one I've found in my area that carries Purina, and they only have it in 25 and 50 lb bags. I'd like to buy it more often and have it be fresh. They have pretty good sales on it so it doesn't sit on the shelf. For now I'm making smaller bags from the 25 lb and will be freezing them until I need them.

Cost is also a factor. I'm only paying $7.50 for the 25 lb bag and (since starting limited pellets for the buns) it been lasting for more than 2 weeks.

Wow. Is it lasting more than two weeks a problem? I'm just curious...

That's a great price! :D

I'm certain we won't need a bag quite that large. I just havemy Maisie, and a 2lb bag for her lasts more than a week! :D

So then I have the question of...how long does pellet food stay good? How about hay?
