Does anyone know what I need to do to get the antivirus pro 2009 thing out of my computer?

Ive downloaded several free things but am still having terrible time. I get errors on ever page or link I go to on the internet and I have to click a ton of boxes to "allow" my computer to let me see any page, any thread, any link.

I keep getting disconnected from the computer as well.
