Spay set up for next week... couple of questions!

Hi everyone!

I have my bunny's spay set up for next Thursday the 14th! I had a couple of questions for anyone who could answer them!

My bunny is litterbox trained and I didn't know if I should attempt to use something else for her to go to the bathroom in while she is recovering?

She also is in one of those 4 level NIC cages and I figured that would be a bad idea to keep her in while recovering because of jumping and possible tearing stitches?

Also one last question! The vet did pre-op blood work the other day and said the only thing was that her White Blood Cell count was low - which I should watch for UTIs. I was wondering if spaying possibly induces a UTI? Just curious.

I just had my 2 fixed almost 2 weeks ago. They both continued to use the litter box just like always, and from day 1 they were jumping to their second level in their cage, even though I moved the food and water down so they didn't have to. I'm not sure about the UTI question though!
