Are you having sinus problems or do you really have vertigo problems? When I had this sinus thing for the past two weeks I was so dizzy I could barely stand and was so sensitive to light and sound. Its awful.

I have multiple vertigo problems, but all inner ear related -- Menaire's Disease, BPPV (Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo), tinnitis, head tilt...

I have to sleep sitting up. :caffeine

Not sleeping well, lately, so it's worse. But no sinus pain, thank goodness! I feel for you. et:

I only dealt with that once when I had a really really bad sinus infection and it was horrible. Can't imagine having it all the time!
I really hope it eases up on you and gives you a break.....sorry your going through this..
