Sophie's Humble Servant

I accidently scratched Sophie's eye last night but I can't tell how bad. She had it half closed and she's washing it a lot. I'm taking her to the vet at 2:30 today because it's not getting any better.

Just wondered what I can expect them to give her and any advice. I don't know what vet is seeing her of if they are rabbit savvy, I was just lucky to get in at this time.

I'll provide an update when I know more. I'm just kinda freaking out a little as usual. Ugh I hate when things go wrong and I feel so guilty. I was trying to pick her up when it happened :(

Probably some type of drop or ointment antibiotic will be prescribed.

They may use freezing drops in the eye for the exam.
They may stain it and check it under a blacklight.
they may use that funky pressure sensing thinger on the eye.

I don't think its necessary for the vet to be very rabbit savvy in terms of this type of incident.

Hi, she has an ulceration and they prescribed ciprofloxin eye drops, 4 times a day for a week. Is this ok?
