Reading your post almost made me have a nervous break down. That is a lot of stuff going on. I hope it all ends for you soon. And that it all ends on a positive note.

I was sort of laughing while I posted it.... maybe a psychotic laugh? LOL!

I love to be busy but the negative stuff is not fun. Thanks for the wishes!

I think I'm also having issues with my son graduating. He's very close to me and it's going to be hard to see him leave in the fall :cry2

:bunnyhug:am sending hugs across the ocean. i can relate to some of your post - my husband drives for a living and some weeks we hardly ever see him. i have no idea who 'danny' is and why he has been voted off :? my kitchen doesnt really need painting but it is due its annual spring clean:X the weather isnt too bad - at least it's stopped raining:D im also lacking in parents and blood relatives so no worries about anniversaries. son is staying on into the 6th form of school so no worries there yet...

LOL! Danny was my favorite (I like Adam a lot also) but I knew (and we'll know tonight) that Adam is going to win American Idol! I've never been stuck on that show til this year!

Hubby is a heavy equipment mechanic. He'll be in Michigan for the summer. He'll get to come home some weekends but he'll head back on Sundays I imagine. I am trying to get ready to have people over but I think I'm going to rent a small place instead of trying to do all of this myself. Hubby has a *metal collection* from his working and needs to sell it LOL!

My son will only be about 45 minutes from my house :blushan:but he's my firstborn. It's so difficult!

If you only knew my mother....... :twitch:she won't leave the house unless she absolutely freakin' has to. I will be so busy that day but we'll have to go over and have a cookout and cake for them.....

My kitchen needed repainted when I painted it before. I hate the color. I got a tan paint yesterday...... today I think I want something else..... :ph34r2and I can use the tan in another room. :biggrin2: When I paint...... I paint the entire house and clean/go through and tossthings in every room! My kids are cringing. LOL

 back at ya! Glad the rain stopped..... it was nasty here for a time.

dont watch those shows meself - daughter watches strictly come dancing and dancing on ice.

hubby has been into cars and engines all his life - he took his heavy goods vehicle license so that he could drive a particular lorry:rollseyes its amazing how many engine bits ive had on the kitchen table. and why does he have to use my best saucepans to boil clean a filter in:pssd: still what he does pays well and in this day and age i cant complain. make hay while the sun shines as the old saying goes:)

I got a giggle out of "Lorry".... never heard anyone or see anyone use it before.

I do feel your pain...... I have tools, parts, manuals...... all over my house! UGH!

Our insurance adjuster came out and took photos. He laughed when he saw what they thought were our trees blocking the view..... DENIED... and he said our insurance covers if they try to pursue it in court. Thank Goodness!

'lorry' covers a wide range of vehicle LOL. i think that you would call it a truck? here it's a HGV. this particular jugganaut was the biggest thing that could go on our roads without a full blown police escort. i went and admired it :rollseyesbit like climbing a mountain to get into the thing. i have learnt how to admire these things over the years tho:biggrin2:

glad the adjuster was on your side. an insurance company on the side of those paying the premiums, amazing:p

tools? all over the place! and i come home to find him boiling a filter in £90 worth of myers saucepan... still he does take good care of my 1951 hand crank singer sewing machine:)

LOL! I have been painting my kitchen today. I've had a lot of stuff going on so I get interupted a lot. I'm pleased I'm getting things done. Horse had chiropractic work done.. good thing, he was all out of place in his shoulders! Plus, I get a discount cause I went to school with the guy.

Now, Lexi's been sick for a good week, and I am coming down with something... honestly, I think we probably should get tested for H1N1 but we don't have high fevers.. *sigh* I hate this stuff and I hate being sick! I have WAY too much to do this weekend. Now, I am caring for the sick horse which means hot compresses, flushing the wound, and mixing interesting feeds to put the weight back on him. I don't mind - it's just busy - but caring for the horses relaxes me in some way... I gave the big sick baby a kiss tonight cause he's been missing them from me. He sticks his nose up to me all the time as if to say "Hey, remember me? I'm the big Harley Horsie who gets nose kisses from you!"
