Lake Condo here: Honey & are both are glad today that it is quiet [so far at least], but I doubt it's done. It might be going on again next weekend, but we'll be rested up by then.

When they were building behind us, the crews came in at 3:30 am and started up all their equipment and let it idle till 6, even though their permits said they weren't supposed to be doing anything til 7 am. Called the police and they gave a bs story--"Oh, it must have been someone else on the crew". Called the watch commander and asked him if he thought they had shifts, and "How would you like getting woke up between 2 and 3 every morning?". It stopped after I called the City Attorneys Office and told them why I'd be suing the city.

Yes, at least when the noise is in the condo complex, I have recourse if needed. This wasn't really that bad, as it didn't start early or end late. And it's apparently being done by someone who has another job, so is only on weekends.
