Yes, I’ve been drawn in by the hype. Tonight at 10 PM I will be one of the first people to see what is certain to be a cinematic masterpiece, SNAKES ON A PLANE!

What can I say, I love cheesy movies, and I love Samuel L.

Is anyone else curious about this movie?

My first reaction when I saw the previews for this movie is that they are running out of movie ideas. Sounds pretty dumb to me.

I'm just hoping for some of the most memorable Samuel L Jackson quotes since "What does Marsellus Wallace look like?!" (Pulp Fiction) and some enjoyable camp cinema.

It's supposed to be a dumb movie ;) How many flicks like Anaconda or campy-monster-movie-o'-the-week take themselves too seriously? This is pure, unadulterated, brainless cinema

I don't know that I'll see it in theatres, but I'll probably check it out on DVD.

Hmm.. Lots of poisonous snakes 'magically' come on a plan.. doesn't intrest me! Sure, give people another reason to have a fear of snakes.. lol

When I saw the preview, I actually thought it was a joke.

I am not a big Samuel L fan (isnt it funny how he shows up in like every movie?!). Maybe I'll rent it if I get really desperate :)

Amy, let us know if its any good :)

PS. I do want to see little miss sunshine though, that looks good

I am, I am! I love Samuel L. Jackson! I won't be seeing it tonight but I'll probably see it in the theatres. It looks deliciously terrible! Heh.

Snakes on a Plane was great! There was so much camp. It was pure, mindless entertainment. The film didn't take itself seriously AT ALL (probably the best part).

The theater was packed with plenty of my fellow nerds, and everyone clapped and cheered during some of the best moments.

(A whole section of the theater gave Samuel L. Jackson a standing ovation when he first appeared on screen)

All in all it was a great time, and a great movie to see with friends.

P.S. Some of you may enjoy this.

Be warned, there is a bit of vulgar language, but other than that it's pretty harmless.

I think its really unfortunate that this film came out the same time as the threats on the planes in the US.

I watched the old version on TV the other night and it wasnt very good at all.

But hopefully this new one would be a bit better!

IMOI think if you want to see a horror story about planes, just turn on the News

There should be no other reason to be scared of flying!
