Well, today was I almost lost a nice neckaless - whith a thin chain and small rabbit pendent. Easy to swallow - I guess.

I came home frome my friends house and when I took off my neckaless, I slipped and fell and the neckaless landed in my mouth and the chain slid in my throat. Luckly, I was able to spit it out.
But what if I swallowed it?! I mean, I don't care if Sterling Silver upsets my digestive track - I just whant it back - while it's in 1 full peice and still wearable!!
Any ways, back then I've done the famouse "stick your finger down your throat," spinning around in circles, and the rare, most desparate, yet most effective, over dosing on pills(But will just make me sicker.). But those techenques only work if I'm going to throw up, but it takes too long. It never works when I'm not sick.

So, is there any "way" I can induce me to vomit? Is there any antidotes or medice that can "istantly" do it - before it hits the "back door" and is absoloutly worthless?

Hope this post doesn't "induce" any throwing up!! lol
I would appriciate responds about this please.
Thank you!!

I'm not sure, but I know that gobble thing makes me gag when I'm brushing my teeth and come to close to it. I've thrown up my breakfast a few times from irratating it with brushing my teeth! It's very sensitive, but for me I have good gag reflexes so I can throw up pretty easily (ICK!)

There is a medication that all people with young children keep around the house that induces vomitting incase a child injests a poison. I cannot remember the name however, any pediatrician could tell you. Just be glad you were able to spit it out before you choked. The latter, being you digesting an entire chain would really rip up your intestines. UGH:(or ouch I guess is better

DO NOT TAKE IPECAC. EVER. Ipecac is a poison in and of itself, and is only administered *BY HOSPITALS* if the poison that the patient has ingested is worse than the ipecac itself. It's considered the lesser of two evils. Do NOT take ipecac to throw up a necklace, please, I beg of you. I had to take it once, and I actually wanted to die, it made me feel that bad.

Wait for the chain to take it's natural course. That's the only sane thing you can do.

I think the concern with letting it go natural is like someone said, tearing up your intestines and your stomach. There must be some remedy that helps you to throw up?

Wait, i'm confused. I thought you said you spat it out. Did it actually go down or do you just want this info for the future?

Will it be totally worthless when its.. ejected the other way? :p Thats what they said when my friend swallowed a pound coin. She spent it on sweets afterwards to make herself feel better :p.

go to your nearest hospital i woulld say and they will tell you what to do next, they will probably do an x-ray to find out where abouts it is, but i thought you said you got it out?

Im confused but then that doesnt take much :D

See a doctor...while you are waiting, drink one of those 'milkshakes' which make you puke, then go through the vomit, and try to see if it is there. DO NOT try once more if it didn't show up, because the lactaids in your stomach will get irratated, there for making milk/dairy items hard to digest, causing nausea, diarrhea, etc. Wait for the doctor is my top advice. Prepare some answers in your head (Maybe come up with an excuse why their is a rabbit-pendant necklace stuck in your GI tract ;)) As mentioned, Ipecac is not a good medication, but will irratate the gut causing worse symtoms. My Dad works at the GI center in the BI Hsptl, so thats how I KNOW these thing/images/emoticons/cool.gif)
