I have a few shows that I want to attend in July and October.

But here are my questions?

When can you show your does? I mean by this is. When the doe's are pregnant, when they are nursing or they cant be shown when they dont have no babies on them or when they are pregnant. I was just wondering because I breed all my doe's and they should be born in mid June. And their is a show in my area on July 10th. I have other rabbits to be shown. But they are much younger then my other doe's.

Help Me! :nasty::biggrin:

Generally you can show your doe up to 2 weeks after she's been bred - and then again after she's weaned her babies and is in show condition. You don't want to show her while she has a litter that she is nursing.

So...you could show your does in October - but not the July show.

:yeahthat:

Judges are generally not happy to come across a doe that looks like she was grabbed from her nursing litter and thrown on the show table. The does are generally not in show condition and it's also not advised to expose the doe to pathogens while she's nursing a litter.
