some dog brushes, or even a comb works... depending on the rabbits coat. You'll get different responses for feed. I personally keep a self feeder in the cage so they can eat whenever they feel the need.
Your rabbits should generally only shed 2 times a year. You can even dampen your hands and run them back and forth through the hair. Its messy, but it works. As long as you spend a little bit of time every day running your hands through the coat it sheds pretty quickly and you don't have a HUGE mess of hair that you're suddenly trying to get rid of.
