The last show I went to in Lebanon Ohio (March 6th) I had a lot of promising rabbits by remarks from the judges but they said they needed to finish their coats. The one rabbit was just starting to break and blow his coat so him I know, but how do I hlep them finish out their coats? I know my broken blue buck has to finish out coat, and several of my others.

Someone had suggested to add black oil sunflower seeds, any other suggestions to help their coats? I'd really like to do well and this is the only set back right now that I can physically change.

the Black oil seeds are awesome. Clear difference b/t the ones that get them and the ones that don't. One thing.... If you start them out and give them too much it will make them molt and start a new coat. I'd start with a tablespoon. Also, some of your rabbits might not like the seeds and will eat around them.

I"ll be picking up a small bag this weekend and trying it with a few of the buns, just to see where it goes. I know with the horses, I've got rice bran oil but that helps with adding weight as well as a shine to their coats, I don't need weight, that's for sure. I've still got to trim down a few buns.

But thank you! my gusy seem to eat anythign I give them
