Hey :)

I might be getting this doe from a breeder soon. Should I? I suck at critiquing and thought I'd ask yall's opinion :) Her fur looks a little off to me but I'm wordering if shes just molting. She'd be a brood doe so whadaya think? I've sent the breeder an email asking pretty much the same things.

She isn't posed correctly in the first picture, so it's really hard to tell. ;)

Could you ask he breeder for a better picture?

Just from looking at her, her ears seem quite large, but that's really the only thing I can comment on since she isn't posed properly.

In the second pic, she looks narrow around the HQ, and wide through the midsection. Her HQ looks very square as well.

I usually evaluate them by feel more than looks.

Shedoes look like she is in a molt. I am not crazy about how her shoulders look in the last picture and she looks long.

How old is she? Is she being sold as a show doe or a brood doe.

Roger

I just have to say - I'm glad to see you online Roger - I've been thinking about PM'ing you to make sure you're still alive.

In other words -I missed seeing you around the forum.

As a brood. Her DOB is 6/12/09. Would she work well as a brood? My buck has lovely sholders and isn't long :)

Thanks Peg. I have been very busy lately with work and shows.

To tell you the truth I thought she was older than what she is from the picture.

It's hard to evaluate from a picture but I am not seeing a doe that I would put in my program. If you want to PM me with more info such as her pedigree and who bred her I might be able to make a more informed decision.

Roger
