I live in western PA, and am currently working on getting my rabbits certified as therapy animals. However, one of the questions on the form you have to fill out, asks if your pet is up to date on shots. What shots would they need, other than rabies?

I don't think shots are common in the U.S. for buns, but I'm interested to hear answers from others so I know if there is anything I should have for mine either.

There are no regular rabbit vaccinations available in the US.

It sounds like a generic form that's geared towards therapy dogs. You should not need any shots for your rabbits.

Yes I think you're right about the shots being for dogs. Should I still get the rabies vac. tho?

If you live in the US no veterinarian will give your rabbit shots as they are not needed nor approved for rabbits. If they want something indicating health you can go in for a general check up and get a health certification or note from the doctor saying the animal is not showing any signs of disease or infection
