So, I go to the vet's office today and after all of the tests we have found NOTHING wrong with this bunny. It is a 4 week old Lionhead and its eyes keep mattering shut.

We ran every test we could even checked teeth and nothing.

Finally he is starting to keep his eyes open a little longer but get this...Terramycin ointment 3X daily, Tobradex drops once daily and at night after the last terramycin application I have to smear triple antibiotic ointment around his eyes. It is the only combination making any difference. Oh yeah and I have to rinse his eyes 2X daily with normal saline. This is after we shaved the hair away from his eyes so it was not matting up.
All this after we found no bacterial cause or viral cause for it....All I can say is poor baby, it better work.
His name is Romeo, he is the runt of the litter and has not had it easy at all. If I knew then what I know now I would have followed my gut and culled him.

I had a baby that had horrible eye infections in both eyes that kept getting closed shut and the thing that worked best with him was terramycin 3 times a day and baytril for about a week.
But it has been two months and he still has cloudiness in one eye so we are still doing the terramycin but only twice a day. I don't know if his eye will every be fully better but trying baytril if the other stuff doesn't help might work.

Sadly after all that we put into this bunny we discovered that he had a problem absorbing nutrients from his food and finally just decided to put him down.
