I know its stupid to ask if Mommy is pregnant again when shes already pulling out her fur but the thing is .... who did she mate this time? I was in my room then later I went out to check on the rabbits when I saw fur all over her cage and her litter. And shes picking up all her fur in her mouth and even the towel. Then she sort of hid the fur in the towel or was it just coincidentally put it in between the towel. One other thing is ... Mommy likes wrestling with the towel.

Mommy is not spayed. But I have always kept her away from her son. Then I recalled a time when Mommy somehow manage to hop out of her cage when coco was wondering around the balcony. Then the next thing I saw was Mommy on top of her son. Now I'm confused. Is she really going to give birth or this is just a false alarm? Or could she be furstrated or something?

I know I should have sterilize them when I don't intend to breed rabbits. But it cost $120 to $200 for a rabbit. I need to get my dad to sponsor me and that takes a lot of "psycho-ing".

Well, not much to do now but wait and observe. Give her some hay, peace and quiet and keep an eye on her. Do you have a box you can use as a Nest box? Pick up her towel with the fur and put it in the box... put the box in the same place as she was building the nest.

It might be a false pregnancy... but she won't be content unless she goes through all the motions for a few days. If no babies are born, you can take it all away.

Oh Sha

It could be a false pregnancy but if she was near her son....maybe not :expressionless

You should do as the others say give her hay and a box with a one side cut down low enough for babies not to fall out. She will pull hair nd you can also place that in the box.

She could just have been stimulated by being around a male long enough to send her into apseudo pregnanacy but then again a mating can take a second.

I will pu this in the rabbitry section in case she delivers but i will follow it from there

OK?

Ok. Sure. No problem at all. Anyway.... I just check on her when I got back from the airport today. And it was already 6 hours since she started pulling her fur. Theres no signs of babies. I prepared the box n all and as usual she bites it n everything was all over the place. but she stills picks her fur n pile it at a corner. I tried feeling her tummy but because I am not an expert so i can't tell any difference. But I felt her nipples. Hmmm ....

Oh come on Mommy.... don't trick me.

Actually I am kinda hoping she could give birth to a baby thats like Buffy. :)I miss him.

I've notice that Mommy is not peeing and drinking but still so active. Its just like the first time when shes giving birth. Is that the nature of a pregnant rabbit? Could she really be pregnant? I am just too impatient to wait and confirm if theres going to be baby bunnies or not. :D
