Shedding! Ack!

Okay. So my bun has recently started shedding. And I mean SHEDDING!
Now, he haaaates to be brushed. Or handled for that matter haha! Any tips on how to help the process along without A) totally stressing him out, and B) making sure too much doesn't end up in his digestive tract.
