What size shed, or area do you house your rabbits in? Mine are in the barn right now, but i am looking into buying a 12x17 shed. I have 24 holes right now, but am out of room :( Would love to have around 40-45 holes.
I would love to put the shed on the far side of our house by our woods so it cant be seen but i can run light and water to it.

Right now my rabbitry is in two stalls (with the walls knocked out between them). It's 12x30. As soon as we sell off another horse or two, it'll be increased. I don't know how people can get many holes into a small area because I get claustrophobic if working in a small space. lol I want big aisles between my cages, and I like to keep the individual stackers a bit away from their neighbors. I'd go as big as you possibly can. One thing I've learned is you can NEVER have too much space. :)

We definitely have limited space since we're in a subdivison. Ours are along the side of the house, under a well built insulated cover. The area is about 6x18 ft and there's a smaller set up on our back patio. I'd LOVE to have more space, but don't see us moving anytime soon. :sigh:

When I had my rabbitry I had a 100sqft play house that housed all of my rabbit stuff and cages etc... I had 13 cages in there and another 4 hutches outside next to it.

Definitely go as big as you can. :) A bigger area is better for ventilation. A bunch of rabbits crammed into a tiny space can become a health concern fast!

I've got store bought and homemade stacker cages and I"m in a 12' x 24' foot old tabacco barn. Lots of ventilation! the breeze sometimes blows through the two doors(front and back) and I'll be putting windows in on the side for side blow ventilation, the other side of the barn is half horse run in half hay storage and gets plenty of air flow when the wind comes from that direction.
