She stopped peeing on the couch! Yay!

I am happy to report that Sophie has stopped peeing on the couch! She has been pee free for quite a while now.

This has also coincided with the fact that she is snuggling on the couch with me and my cat.

I am going to assume that because she feels like the couch is a comfy place to relax, she doesn't feel the need to pee anymore? Because the couch smells like her fur now? I took care of all the pee smell with an enzyme spray. That's just my guess anyway

Very happy about this, I hated having to chase her off the couch all the time.

Jovi pees on my sons couch too. We have to line it with puppy pads under towels. :sofa: I've used vinegar and water on that sofa more times that I can count. I'm pretty sure that it's my son's fault though. She digs out the litter box and he started removing that from her condo, so now as soon as he comes in from work and lets her out, she jumps up on the couch and pees. She's also unaltered (to be spayed soon). Hopefully after her spay and with the new Stormhaven Litterbox that I plan to build, she will cut that mess out!

Yeah it's really frustrating when it happens. I didn't actually think she would stop because I kept hearing that rabbits like to pee on soft things, which did seem to be the case for me because other than the couch occasionally, she always pees in her litter pan. She's already spayed too, so I thought aw man I guess she's going to be like this forever. I'm glad she stopped! Good luck with your rabbit

That's awesome to hear! I'm trying to get my buns to stop peeing on my bed. She did so good at first last time i tried, but then she plopped down, had this look of pure bliss... and i knew she was peeing lol.
